How to get NOC

The detailed procedure for getting consent established and renewal thereof has been simplified to a great extent by an office order dated 24.07.1998. The order will give in a simple language as to how to obtain the NOC by paying the requisite fee to the Haryana state pollution control board. The fee should be drawn in favour to member secretary, Haryana state pollution control board by way of draft payable at Panchkula. The simplified order is given in Annexe E.
