Consent Management

An innovative and user friendly approach has been initiated by the board for getting consent to operate and No Objection certificate. The industries that are mandatory required to get No Objection certificate and the industries which are coming under the purview of the consent management are listed in Annexe C. A detailed step by step procedure has also been enisiged in the simplified system of working so that any layman who is new to the subject can easily understand and comply with the regulations. In the Annexe C, we have also given the list of recognised laboratories for testing the samples. Apart from the Govt. recognised testing labs, the board has taken a very bold decision to approve private labs to test/analyse water/air samples. The list of of such recognised private labs is also available in Annexe C.
